  1. How You Met
Brad was Jenna’s brother’s best friend since they were 13 years old.  Jenna and Brad were first friends, then became roommates, then adopted a dog together.  Platonic love grew into romantic love, but they wanted to make sure it was real before announcing to their friends and families that they were dating.
  2. How You Got Engaged
They began talking about marriage after 3 yrs of dating.  They decided to buy a house and Brad secretly bought a ring and was holding it until they moved.  On moving day, when the last box was loaded in truck, Brad proposed.  It was July 30th, 2017!
  3. Why Annapolis
The couple attended a wedding 5 yrs ago at Port Annapolis and loved it, but there was nothing like it in NJ.  They are good friends with Christi Rosetti and her brother so that was the start of their love for Annapolis.
  4. Best and Worst Things About Wedding Planning
Least favorite – every spare moment was wedding related.  Best part – our support of each other.  Is was empowering to support each other during the stressful times instead of letting it cause more stress.  They also loved every single vendor they hired, so felt completely comfortable trusting them to handle the details of the day.
  5. Advice for Other Couples
Let every decision be your own.  Do not make one change based on others opinions.

Pilar & Daniel’s Wedding

Last weekend, I had the incredible honor and privilege of photographing Pilar & Danny’s Wedding at Port Annapolis Marina! It was a beautiful summer day on the water, filled with nautical details and emotional moments. Every single aspect of this day was created out of love, from the handmade oyster pillars to the chair on the aisle that reserved a seat for Pilar’s Father. And as the couple’s exchanged their vows overlooking the harbor, there was not a dry eye in the crowd. One of my favorite parts of the evening was right after dinner, as we headed to the docks at sunset and a sailor offered to let us photograph on the bow of his boat. It was this moment of sweet serendipity and the perfect opportunity for these two newlyweds to spend a few moments together!
